MassCEC seeks applications from community-based organizations or non-profit organizations to provide program support and participant engagement services for a soon-to-be launched statewide electric-assist bike pilot incentive program. MassCEC has already selected a consultant who will provide program administration and evaluation for the program.
The organization selected through this Request for Proposals (RFP) will:
- support the program administration consultant in program execution
- conduct participant engagement and trainings
- perform program analysis for MassCEC

Application Process
Applicants should review and respond to both scopes of work described in the RFP. Questions may be submitted via email, or you may schedule 15 minutes with MassCEC staff during our office hours.
The complete proposal must be submitted in electronic form as one PDF file, including all relevant attachments, via email to CleanTransportation@MassCEC.com. “Statewide E-Bike Participant Engagement and Support RFP Proposal” must appear in the e-mail subject line.
No additional materials should be submitted, as they will not be considered in the evaluation. Please review Sections 7 and 8 of the RFP for more detailed information on the application process.

Our Statewide E-Bike Participant Support and Engagement Slack Channel can help you find team members.
