MassCEC is seeking proposals from qualified contractors with extensive experience in Massachusetts to provide services for the New Bedford Marine Commerce Terminal (NBMCT) for a Building Demolition and Abatement project.
The work scope includes several activities associated with building demolition and abatement for three existing buildings in advance of other terminal expansion improvement projects. The work generally includes the abatement of asbestos materials, the demolition of structures and utilities, removal and disposal of material to an approved offsite facility. These activities are to be performed in early 2025.
