One Shaw Street Site

 Image removed.The One Shaw Street site, located in Mount Hope Bay on the South Coast of Massachusetts, is currently utilized for tug boat docking and maintenance, and for salt storage and shipping. The property is owned by One Shaw Street LLC and operated by McAllister Towing.

This 7.06-acre (2.86-ha) property is accessible by road and deep-water channel in the Taunton River, and there is a former commercial rail spur is located directly adjacent to the site, with the potential for rehabilitation to provide direct rail access. The property has a “C”-shaped quayside that is approximately 450 feet (137 m) in total length, protecting a boat basin that currently accommodates vessels up to 250 ft (76 m) in length overall.

Beyond the rail spur, the property is bordered to the east by the former Algonquin Printing facility, a vacant 8.85-acre (3.58 ha) property improved with several buildings totaling approximately 296,600-square feet (27,555 m2), currently owned by Duro Industries and Patriarch Properties (trustee of the property).
