About the Role
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a critical role in supporting our Account Executives (AEs) and Sales Managers by driving top-of-the-funnel lead generation. This position is pivotal in responding to inbound inquiries, engaging in targeted outbound prospecting, and building foundational relationships that pave the way for sales opportunities
Your Impact
- Lead Generation: Spearhead the effort to generate new leads for Account Executives, ensuring a steady flow of opportunities at the top of the sales funnel.
- Inbound & Outbound Engagement: Actively respond to inbound inquiries with efficiency and engage in strategic outbound prospecting to identify potential clients.
- Relationship Building: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers and influencers, laying the groundwork for successful sales conversions.
- CRM Management: Diligently update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in our CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to craft and implement effective strategies aimed at expanding our client base.
- Product Expertise: Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of our platform and its value proposition, enabling you to articulate its benefits convincingly.

Your Background
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is required.
- Experience: You bring 1-2 years of relevant work experience in sales, lead generation, or a similar role, demonstrating your ability to achieve targets and contribute to team success.
- Skills: Alongside your sales acumen, you are known for your excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and ability to nurture client relationships.
