About the Role
As a member of our pre-sales team, you’ll work directly with homeowners in residential neighborhoods to educate them about significant energy-saving incentives and schedule free estimates for upgrading their heating and cooling systems. We are looking for dynamic and outgoing individuals with great communication skills to join our pre-sales team. What You’ll Do
As part of our pre-sales team, your role will focus on generating leads and scheduling free consultations by engaging directly with homeowners:
- Educate homeowners about rebates, incentives, and the benefits of energy-efficient HVAC systems.
- Highlight climate-friendly technologies like ductless mini-split systems.
- Respond to homeowner questions and provide compelling solutions.
- Schedule free consultations for homeowners to explore energy-efficient upgrades.
- Track and record homeowner information accurately for follow-up.
- Attend training sessions to stay up-to-date on product offerings and sales strategies.
