The Massachusetts Clean Energy Technology Center Board of Directors will hold an Investments Committee meeting at 12:30 pm on Tuesday, October 1, 2024 at 294 Washington Street, Suite 1150 Boston, MA 02108. The meeting will also be available via Zoom - to attend the meeting virtually, please request registration information from Michelle Beadle (mbeadle@masscec.com) or Dan Gates (dgates@masscec.com). In the event there are technical difficulties with Zoom during the meeting, those who have registered will receive correspondence from MassCEC indicating alternative means of attending the meeting.

Topics expected to be discussed at the meeting include:
- Approval of Minutes from the August 8, 2024 Meeting of the Investments Committee
- Presentation by Erika Pagel, Brown Advisory regarding investment portfolio and performance, including proposed changes to the Investment policy
- Executive Session to Discuss Trade Secrets, Commercial or Financial Information, or Competitive Position in a Particular Field of Endeavor Regarding Applicants (Potential New Equity Investment)
