Compensation Explanation
SmartFlower Solar confirms it is financially able to compensate the intern for all earned wages associated with the intern program. Payroll is processed bi-weekly via PayChex (either manual check or direct deposit is available) by our affiliate Energy Management Inc. (EMI)(Master employer). EMI back bills SmartFlower for labor chargers. All payroll is paid in the name of the Master employer.
